Really, really pissed off. For some reason, my phone has locked me out and blocked the sim card. Wasn't sure what to do, so I phoned the Vodaphone helpline and an automated woman took about 10 long expensive minutes giving me instructions that didn't work. Even when I tried them again. And again. So then I thought I'd phone a store and see if they could help, so I phoned the one in Manchester, but nothing happened, so I phoned 118118 to ask them to transfer me to that store, so they transferred me to a service that transfers you to any Vodaphone store, and it takes about 5 long expensive minutes to do so, and by the time I'd finally been transferred to the Market Street Vodaphone store, I got their AUTOMATED VODAPHONE VOICEMAIL SERVICE. WHERE ARE ALL THE REAL PEOPLE? HMM?
