One nice lil' thing about my job happened today! This guy's company makes a booklet with us each year and he mentioned how there's always difficulty and how it doesn't print out exactly right. But my boss handed the phone to me and let me talk to the guy, because he knows I love making books. :D And I was glad I got to reassure the guy that we'd do a good job with the books and print them out just fine, and what he can do to make it easiest for us to print 'em out. Even if this client always sends stuff to us last minute, I was glad I could talk to him confidently about getting his book done without any of the problems he's been experiencing. (: So hurray!
