it's snoooowwwiiiing!
It's kind of sad now that my weekend is almost over by the time I finish doing all the
shopping (for necessities), cleaning, laundry, and other etc. house chores.
I guess it can't be helped, though, as I don't have much time to do any of those during the weekdays.
I did however went out to explore a bit while shopping, and have discovered more good shopping places.
For one thing, I found Asian grocery store that actually sell various not-expired japanese food products,
and some fresh fish markets as well.
I also found a pet store(+ a vet) near-by. Dangerous. Temptation.
I also met one of the next-door neighbor today (FINALLY), and funny coincidence is that
he also moved from the same county i was in --Westchester County. He grew up there.
Small world!
Other than that, I'm painting few pictures and elegantly (yeah right) drinking tea
while waiting for the laundry to be done.
It's pretty peaceful...but I'm starting to crave more people connection,
other than friendly conversations with neighbors and grocery stores owners.
I'm thinking about doing some community services in this town.
...But is it a selfish thought to do it only because I need to feel like I'm inked to something...?
