Oscars
Hello there my LJ friends. Just wanted to check in and tell y'all what is going on with me. I am looking into becoming a probation officer. Mainly to get out of prison dorms and get out more. I am starting a mini-vacation today. Not really doing much other than cleaning and catching up on tv.
My room mate and brother quit dating, so less drama around the house. Her lawyer forgot to tell her about a court date then spent Monday trying to call the house: no one was home. So the police came and got her today. So I will spend this morning later on trying to bail her out. She is working now and pays some of the bills.
I have Tivo and just finished watching the Oscars. I loved Lady Gaga singing the song Glory. I was worried she would have her back up dancers dress like cops and freedom marchers and have it devolve into a 50 Shades of Gaga spankfest. Luckily she has learned to dial it down... a bunch. I was off on nearly every Oscar prediction. So I am glad not to have placed any bets on who won what.
Well I have to go and contact the bail bondswoman. Talk to y'all later.
