awesome weekend

First Russian came over and we were looking up hilarious vibrators and drawing people's worlds. Then Elli, Serri, and Mimichan joined us and intoxication ensued after some vodka and coconut rum. OH it was a good night and someone has photos of this and needs to send them to me.

Ahahaha and Russian kissed me! And we braided Elli's hair like Joscelin and he was being super cuddly.

Midsummer Masque and Suspicious Rave must happen! Sometime soon.

The absinthe will be our summer Joie. delicious!

We had delicious waffles in the morning then Zarja reminded my by phone that it was Ginger Ale and I speedily made it to the T and found the morris dancers.

After the dancing we got candy and food and when we were leaving Finn kissed me. what??! I don't know. So quick that I could wonder if I only imagined it but I know I closed my eyes.

Then I went to Zarja's to watch Torchwood! I think I like watching it out of order. Now Ianto's alive again! Now I need the soundtrack. Somehow it's hard to find.

AH gaida why are you so good! I wish I could erase a song from my mind so I could listen it to the first time again. Because once you have heard a song, the way you hear it changes forever.

Tallis Fantasia! I ruined it. The first time I heard it was not the whole way through. But that's interesting, because the second time I heard it it would have been different in parts. Hmmm this gets really complicated actually.

Playing a song and listening to it for the first time at the same time. Actually, just reading a piece of music but not hearing it at the same time. Then when you listened to it for the first time, would it be like hearing the piece a second time (more like hearing a different version of a familiar song)?

Woah. Woah woah woah. I wonder, when someone reads a piece of music, do they usually hear the instrument they play (unless of course it's said it's written for another instrument)? Hmm. I wonder if people who can better hear the music they're reading are better sight readers. But reading music is pretty complicated. Not only is it encoding music, but also movements. But I bet then when reading music people would also imagine the movements and the music. That means that reading music in the context of different instruments would be an entirely different experience.

And now I really want to learn as many instruments as possible.

And I really got way off topic here, didn't I?
