Is anyone at home today and can help me?
I'm in absolute fucking agony today and I can't talk I can't even open my mouth to pour water in. It's like 100 times worse than yesterday. It's the crazy hot pass-outy kinda pain that I always hoped would never come back. So I need someone to be able to call a chemist or something for me and get some answers. I'm afraid that what I took last night has made it worse, and if I take anymore I'm going to fucking die or something.
So is anyone somewhere where I can go and can help me by making a few phonecalls?
