I've been waiting for this for a long time, and it didn't disappoint! I definitely love Yakko more now that she's animated. Plus I love the color palette of the whole show. I hope NEET quickly subs more episodes since they released episode 1 October 23, and it's currently up to episode 4 in Japan. First episode is hilarious because of the drugs!!

I find myself continuing to watch these kind of series (I cringe at this type of character design, let alone the fact that it' harem) Let's see how far I'm going to last this time. I have no strong opinion about the first episode except that the cast is as predictable as ever. These things always seem to get good ratings, though (like Kanon 2007) Can someone explain why? I'll try to watch this until more of the "real plot" decides to shine through.
ギルガメッシュ / Gilgamesh

Did I ever mention I am watching Gilgamesh? It's one series that I don't download because, well, it's licensed and it's four years old. Note that I started watching this 2 years ago and I'm still only on DVD 2; I guess I don't have a lot of motivation to watch it, but it's not bad at all. It just takes a while to get into. I don't know a lot of people who have seen this show, let alone people who have seen it in its entirety. Right now I'm forcing myself to go through the DVDs but in essence it's quite interesting. Gilgamesh is an extremely dark, rather depressing anime so it's not for everyone. And its a mystery, but it moves extremely slowly.

These episodes were absolutely fantastic. I get a lot of favorite quotes/things to contemplate over from Gintama and my new one is "Fireworks are flowers that bloom for only a moment and then wither away. Just like us humans." I can't force myself to watch the raws so I patiently wait for subs for this show.

One of the first mahou shoujo I started downloading through BT. This is finally up to the ogre arc. I find this show really addicting but barely anyone my age watches it, I think.. at least I haven't met any that do. I'm thinking of cosplaying one of Chocolat's outfits. Anyway Pierre has shown his true dark colors so things are more interesting from here on. I hope this gets subbed more quickly, it's been over a month since the last release.

The animation and character design is really nice for this show. I like the majority of the characters, one of my favorites being a set of twin boys with silver hair and blue eyes. Plus there's a lot of great seiyuu on the cast, including Kana Ueda, Romi Paku, and Junichi Suwabe. You should give it a try but you should note that there are a lot of references towards God and/or the Holy Spirit, even I'm kind of embarrassed. Oh and kannivalism does the OP?!! and Shiita Ө does the ED... I'm quite excited to hear the soundtrack when it gets released.
++I also finished watching what's been released of Ghost Hound, Rental Magica, Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun, Shion no Ou, and La Corda d'Oro, so I'll get to those next time.
Also I need to upload this week: Baba Tooru 2007 Birthday Event DVD, next music rotation
