"The Great War for Civilisation" by Robert Fisk
Robert Fisk's books are ridiculously long. 700 pages down, 300 to go... :\
This explains why I've only read two books over the break:
-"The Amoral Elephant" by William Tabb
-"The Liberal Virus: Permanent War and the Americanization of the World" by Samir Amin
I've also started reading:
-"The End of the Peace Process" by Edward Said
I also tried reading Bernard Lewis' "What Went Wrong? The Clash between Islam and Modernity in the Middle East", but I can only take so much framing I (in this case, quite strongly) disagree with.
