I'm heading back up to school in a mere two days (this Sunday). I'm really quite excited, because this is my first "real" quarter at the university (I was there in summer time, but that was a bit different because the load was light and the quarter was shorter). I'm really excited about the challenges the next ten weeks will provide, and especially excited to be doing German again. I've been practicing for the past few weeks, trying to re familiarize myself a bit and get back to where I was. I read that a person coming out of a second year high school level German class could fiesably take this class if properly motivated, so this reassures me quite a bit.
My schedule is:
9:00-9:50 [Daily] History 280 (Intro To East Asian Civilization)
10:00-10:50 [M,T,W,F] German 201 (Intermediate German)
11:00-11:50 [M,W,Tr,F] History 113 (Introduction To Western Civilization 1713-Present)
*Lunch 'N Stuff!*
2:00-3:50 [T,Tr]Geography 201 (Human Geography)
Hooray!
It's a very big schedule and the heaviest class load I've taken, but I'm really excited for it and confident that I can do it.
My goal is to get my cumulative GPA above 3.0 this quarter.
