If you have tea drinkers on your Christmas list...
Then I would like to recommend the Hooker tea company ( http://www.hookertea.com/ ). I just ordered some teas from them and they are just lovely, really good quality teas, nicely packaged too! The lichee tea is oh-my-god delicious, the tea of my wildest dreams. The others I ordered are good too (Paper airplanes, sri lankan chai, and dr. feelgood)! And they send you FREE! SAMPLES! with your order -- one of them, Hilo Cocktail, is my second favorite. Oh, and I slept through the night after drinking dr. feelgood, so maybe there's something to it :)
This totally sounds like I get a kickback from them, but I swear I don't, I just like tea and like passing on companies I've had good experiences with :) Oh, and they shipped my order really fast.
edited to add: now I am drinking the Sri Lankan Chai and it is really different and yummy -- a lemongrass/cinnamon kind of thing. It would be a really good scent for soap! and it is really nice to drink in cold weather.
