I've been struggling with writing sykira's B-day gift, and here I find you've written this lovely piece! Guh! His oral fixation at play is a dangerous thing... I REALLY want to be Donna right there... ;D And I love his answers about when he wanted to kiss her. (melts over the first time)

The best part about the timing of this fic? TRB should air tomorrow at 4pm my time! I'm excited! (And I have it on DVD! Just haven't broken the package open yet!)

Thanks for your feedback! Actually, as I was writing I was thinking exactly the same thing: "Oh to be in Donna's shoes right now...".

When I wrote about the first time, that was truly, truly what I saw in the Doctor's body language, words and facial expressions, as portrayed by David, when I watched that even for the first time, but even more in subsequent viewings.

Hope you enjoyed watching TRB, you should go and break open that package now, you can't watch that ep too many times, it's brilliant!

And so very, very chuffed that you like the 'Oncoming Question' line - I thought Donna need a monikkered expression of her own, and imagined that by this time, figuring how close they are, the Doctor would have definitely come up with at least one by now...

He was definitely, as the episode went on, looking more and more intrigued by Donna. I wanted to slap RTD for some of the lines he handed David, and I hated the reminders of you-know-who, but it sure looked like she'd managed to heal him pretty well. If only RTD had taken proper note and been willing to buck BP's popularity...

I think that is an interest inner dynamic of the Doctor's - his acute embarrassment, especially when things verge into very personal territory, battling for pre-eminence with his strong desire and need to remind Donna as often as possible how amazing she is (and on this occasion, just what that does to him).
