San Francisco
Now settled in my hotel in San Francisco. The flight was okay, although my hearing still isn't right.
I watched "Bridge to Terebithia", which wasn't what I was expecting, but quite moving. I haven;t read the book for a long time, if ever, so didn't know the story.
I also watched "The last Mimsy", which was surprisingly good, like a modern E.T. in some ways, but with better SF.
Went for a bit of a walk around the local shops this afternoon. The Westfield has a Frederick's of Hollywood across from the Victoria's Secret. Lucky I don't have a girlfriend ;) Went to an Apple store, saw the new iPod nanos, iMacs, and played with an iPhone. Very much better than anything else I've come across, the browser is quite cool. I would probably be quite tempted!
Going to catch up with some local furs tomorrow hopefully.
