(no subject)
um, hi guys. long time, no post, huh? i'd make up an excuse but the truth is that nothing much has happened since i was here last. the wireless adaptor i use on my computer has degraded to the point where trying to get it to work is far more stressful than not getting the chance to piss around online whenever i feel like it, so i've been away from the computer for what feels like forever.
i've managed to keep up with crap via my phone, but the journal app is kinda shite so i've been pretty lax with my friendly duties. also, it's been hot as all buggery here and quite frankly finding the energy to check my emails has been too much, so reading and replying to my flist was never going to happen. emily told me the other day that the westboro baptist church has informed the world that the heatwave we're experiencing is punishment for the uk passing gay marraige into law. who knew gays could control the weather, eh?
speaking of queers, we've been watching a lot of wrestling lately (see what i did there?). tna circa 2005. we haven't watched wrestling together for well over a year and while it's always been a good bonding exercise for us (because we never bond as well as we do than when we're being derisive about shelley), it's acually got me thinking about writing again. it's unlikely that i'll ever write anything, but it's very nice to have the urge again.
anyway, i hope you guys are doing well, and i'll hopefully be around a bit more now that i've got my arse in gear. and on a final note, happy birthday retroginger! may you have a spectacular day. <3<3<3
