I got an invite to a friend’s birthday party this Saturday night:

Friend: The theme is ‘bad taste’!
Gwen: What would your parents say if I turned up in a, let’s say... French-Maid’s costume?
Poppi: What would your parents say if I turned up in a corset, a tartan mini, fishnets and some spiky boots?
A Pause...
Poppi: With lots of eyeliner-
Gwen: And really, really red lipstick.
Robert: That’s not bad taste that’s just skanky
Poppi: The two very often merge into each other
Gwen: **light bulb switches on** I know... we shall... make Robert and Reuben up!
Poppi: BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Come to my house beforehand and we shall play Extreme Make-Over without the knives!
Another pause...
Gwen:Eyeliner. We have to use eyeliner on them...
**Poppi and Gwen turn to stare at Robert and Reuben, who both look a bit nervous**

Ten minutes later:
Reuben: There is NO WAY IN HELL am I wearing a French Maid suit!
Gwen and Poppi: PLLLLEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAASSEEEEEEEEE?
Reuben: Stop looking at me like that, I’m letting you put make-up on me, what more do you want?
All: **begin to laugh hysterically**

A Few minutes after that:
Poppi: This is really just an excuse for us to dress up, isn’t it?
Gwen: Why yes, yes it is.

Needless to say, I will have a camera, so there will be before and after photos. The party isn’t a sleep-over, so Gwen, Robert Reuben and possibly Blaze (are you coming girl?) shall t00b back to my house to stay the night. Girls in the lounge, guys in my bedroom: I had to promise the latter to the Mother before she’d say yes.

And in Economics today we got chocolate, Pepsi and Coke.

It was a very good lesson, though I am unsure as how it tied into Economics at all.

Broken Down Toasters to all,
Poppi*~

RATHER PANICKED EDIT: Did I get the date right? I hope so.
