...What building, Flonne? There's a damn lot of tall buildings, so a "really tall one" doesn't exactly cut it. Look around, you should be able to figure that much out! Then I can come find you.

[This one's after a few minutes - she's gone up and had a good look around, and she sounds pretty tired coming back]

Um...there's a really tall spire right in the middle, and the edge of the roof is all fenced in, and I can see the river from one side...I think we're close to it...and it's taller than everything around...

And there's a little sign that says it welcomes me but not my graffiti...why would anybody graffiti a building?
