I've actually seen it :) downloaded it awhile back, really cool movie. I was sad that it never came to theaters here in Ye Ol' Wasteland.

I've really wanted to see Annie Hall, but haven't gotten around to it. I hear most of Woody Allen's movies are good. Broadway Danny Rose, Crimes and Misdemeanors, and The Purple Rose of Cairo are ones my film professors really like. I've only seen the latter and parts of the other two. The Purple Rose of Cairo was like THE movie that made Jeff Daniels. He was in this one movie I just watched recently and LOVED. It's called The Lookout.

You could also checkout the American Film Institute's 100 best movies of all time. They update it every 10 years and just recently did it this summer. They also have other lists for comedies, horror, etc... go to afi.com to see those. The #1 movie of all time that everyone in the film industry agrees on is Citizen Kane, so you should probably check that out. Personally, I didn't really like it, but from what I've learned in film classes, I understand what makes it a good movie and why it's "the best."

Annie Hall was wonderful. I've heard mixed feelings about Woody Allen. Some love everything he's done, and others hate everything he's done. What most people seem to agree on though is that Annie Hall is his best work. I'm kind of sad that it is the first movie of his I've ever seen, because I don't know that I should expect much more out of him.

Thanks for the AFI tip, I'll check out the list. As it is I've just been browsing the winners of Best Picture from a list on wikipedia. I just rented Schindler's List but I'm waiting until Mara and I are together to watch it.

I've heard a lot of mentions of Citizen Kane. I just signed up for a Netflix 1-out, unlimited account and my profile name there is Ninwa. Anybody is welcome to look me up and add me to their friends.

I'll also check out The Lookout. Consider it "added to my queue" :-)

Thanks again.
