Our first project in Costuming Techniques is a corset =)
The one I'm going to make is based on this lovely Starkers corset
Since I don't have a pattern to start with, I'm using a classic victorian Simplicity pattern and altering it. It will be in a red chinese silk brocade with small dragons and phoenixes with black ribbon as lacing.
To get more practice I'm also going to make one for froggergirliee with a sweetheart neckline.
