Gifting Wiiware
Hey!
I'd like to get some Wiiware for my out-of-town friend for Christmas, but I've encountered a bit of a blockade. We both have Wiis, and while I have access to an internet connection for mine, he doesn't for his, so points cards and the "gift" feature are both out, as far as I know. I was going to download a game onto an SD card and send it to him, but according to Nintendo's FAQ, the game will only work on the Wii which downloaded it.
Is there another way I could get him something from the Wii Shop Channel, or should I just think of a different gift, period?
