if i had to create a timeline, with the games i'm familiar with, it would be:

1.) minsh cap (gb)
2.) a.)child link ocarina of time (n64)....- b.) adult link ocarina of time (n64)
3.) a.) majora's mask (n64).................- b.) windwaker (gc)
4.) a.) twilight princess (wii/gc)...........- b.) phantom hourglass (ds)
5.) a.) legend of zelda (nes)
6.) a.) zelda 2: the adventures of link (nes)
7.) a.) oracle of ages/seasons (gb)
8.) a.) a link to the past (snes)
9.) a.) link's awakening (gb) (though this may be irrelevant since it's a dream....)
10.) a.) four swords (gba/gc)

i'd love some corrected feedback ^_^
