Summary: Arashi/White Collar crossover. Nino chases an old friend and a mythical art forger on a case Sho finds baseless, with the help of some friends.

Ooh this is brilliant. I loved the whole thing. The whole mystery was very very enrapturing, and all of their characters were terribly apt, from Nino the con-artist, to Aiba the genius-or-not ninja, and Sho the possibly corrupted cop who gives Nino looks that may mean something more.

I COULDN'T FIT AN ELIZABETH IN I WAS SO SAD OMG I love Elizabeth in the series, she is awesome, but there just wasn't room. However, it did leave room for some awesome Sho/Nino UST hehehe

hahaha I am here to tell you that there was no episode like that; I watched WAY too much White Collar in preparation for this lololol there are surprisingly few episodes that focus on art forgery! It's just always in the background, which is awesome for watching the show but... but makes it difficult to specifically rewatch for fic writing, lol

I LOVED WRITING AIBA AS MOZ!! Obviously he's different to Moz, but Aiba's a genius, and weird, and hilarious, so in those ways he's the same. ;)

Oh anon, you are the most awesome person on the planet today for bringing this glorious story to fruition. Because I wrote down "Nino + White Collar" as a kind of pipe dream, imagining him dressed in some impeccable Neal Caffrey suit and hat as he charms the pants off of everyone.

AND YOU WROTE IT FOR MESeriously, I love how Nino in this story is a mixture of the Nino we know and love crossed with some of that Caffrey style. He's just oozing with charm and wit, and I want to live in this universe forever and ever and ever. AND NEVER LEAVE

BUT BACK TO CAPSLOCKING I AM SO GLAD YOU LIKED IT! I spent a lot of time procrastinating on this fic but once I started writing it just flowed. Nino was SO easy to write as Caffrey, and Sho was SO easy to write as Burke. Everyone else was a little bit off the TV characters, but I am glad you liked my Aiba! He's hard to write intelligently and I am so honored you thought I pulled that off

I admit that i only saw a few episodes of White Collar (I'm planning on correcting that because I really like the show) but putting Arashi in that universe really fits. I love it that Nino is the con-artist and Sho is his FBI agent (because that is just so them).

Yes, White Collar is a great show! Watch more! And I'm glad I was able to fit Arashi into the world so well, but honestly Nino as Caffrey basically writes itself. ;)
