This was vaguely morbid and kind of creeped me out at some parts but it was a really interesting idea and I'm glad Nino decided to try. The Aimiya friendship was amazing and I love how Yuko appears. I don't see her enough in Nino fics XD thanks for writing!

It's funny because it wasn't my intent to make it so and only briefly realized when my beta reader reading it at 1-2 in the morning told me it was creepy. You solidified her response. I tried writing scary short stories once and those failed big time so now I wonder if it'd actually work better in my instance if I don't try, lol. I'm glad you felt the Aimiya friendship. Thank you very much for reading! :)

I really liked Aiba and Nino's friendship - how it wasn't this easy, obvious thing but that Aiba's concern for him was what saved Nino in the end.

Hello!!!!!! Sorry for being so slow in getting to this! I have read it and enjoyed it immensely AND will return with a longer (and significantly more incoherent comment), but first off I'd just like to say a huge THANK YOU for writing this wonderful fic :DDDDDDDDDDDDDD

Hello again!!!! And thank you very much again for writing this intriguing story, kanu_x! It's one of those stories that stuck with me long after I'd finished it, and somehow the way it was written really called to mind one of those bleak-ish Japanese high school movies, with a colour palette like Confessions, perhaps. I like how you plunge us straight into Nino's seemingly mundane life, only to reveal along the way that things aren't really how they seem. And I really like how the simple window gives Nino glimpses into what might happen, morbid though it is. There is a real sense of inevitability throughout the story that I was so relieved was thwarted by Nino and Aiba's friendship. This was such an unexpected and pleasant surprise, I really enjoyed reading it! Thank you!

XD I'm soooo glad you enjoyed this! Your prompts were awesome but my weak writing repertoire and inexperience limited what I could give you. Bleakish school-life was the precise atmosphere/tone of the story I was aiming for, I'm glad it came through, and also funny because I had to envision this as a movie writing scene by scene without much creativity put into the format or telling of the story (to my shame) but I'm also glad it worked. Thank you so much for your ideas and your kind words! :D

That sent shivers down my spine while reading. It kinda reads like how a short scary film would be. I applaud you, anon. Would read again. :D

\o/ I wrote this fic by envisioning it as movie and developing it by scene by scene. I'm glad it somehow came through. :D Thank you very much for reading and commenting!

This is excellent. I was totally sucked into this world, and then cried a lot over Nino and Aiba and their beautiful friendship, fjdskfljslafajs. Literal tears on my face, but in the best way. <3 Thank you for sharing! ♥
