My Japanese has been getting better, slowly but surely. I got to find out yesterday, when I was left in charge of a class of ichinenseis while ALL the teachers in the school stayed in the sannensei classroom to figure out how to teach math.

Me: Uh, what do I do if they start tearing the room apart?

Them: Oh, we--is three floor! Three class!

( Me: OOOookay. o_O;; )

Geez, I can't believe this. I'd think that, sure, I can take my karmic licks. Been out of school for 2 days due to eating some bad sashimi and other reasons. I know I'm not touching katsuo sashimi ever again if I can help it. So 2 days of rest is exchanged for 2 days of work, deshou? I can deal.
