OOC Notes for Tobi.
Tobi will be arriving from Chapter 396//397. Itachi has been defeated by Sasuke and transferred all of his jutsu knowledge onto Sasuke via a poke in the forehead. Itachi is dead and Sasuke, the last Tobi saw of him, is critically wounded and just tried to blast him when he tried to reveal his face.
He will be taken from a moment where he moved back through the cave and came out in purgatorium. Going back would reveal a smooth rock wall with no trace of where he was previously in his own world. He is assumed to have been gone months in his time, perhaps double what he was gone in game (Lasted what...a full month? ;_;)
All previous names and faces, as well as adventures, he will remember.
