When working with others, you tend to be more...
Mature or Immature?: Immature. I find it difficult to be serious.
Leader or Follower?: Neither. Actually, I prefer not to work in groups. But, if I’m really needed, I will do what needs to be done. I guess that makes me a follower. Though, I will offer my opinions and ideas, and will certainly not follow an order I don't agree with.
Optimistic or Pessimistic?: Optimistic. Especially if I am confident in the group.
Impulsive or Cautious: Impulsive, just like I always am.
Outgoing or Shy: Shy at first, but then I warm up to them, and am outgoing.

Scenario Time: Okay, so everyone has met their teammates by now. The following questions will go along with that idea.

What kind of impression would you most like to have of your team even before you start working together? They seem cool- and capable too. I think we're going to get along and do a lot of good.
What role could you see yourself performing in the team (i.e.: strategist, offensive fighter, support, etc.)? I could see myself holding a kind of "stealth" position, only fighting when I'm needed. Example: if our mission was to retrieve something, then the others would fight the guards, while I find a way to the item, and get it. Maybe I could also administer some first aid, but not hardcore medical jutsu- like, bandaids and ointment.
Would it be necessary for you and your teammates to get along at all times? Even when you're not on missions? Well, that would be impossible. Even the best of friends don’t get along all the time, and each individual comes with different baggage and hangups that need to be worked through.

Suppose one of your teammates ends up getting captured during a really important mission. There is a debate on whether or not a rescue attempt should be made since it might jeopardize said mission. What would you want to do? WE'RE GOING BACK FOR THEM. I will not risk their life. We'll split up- the rescue party will meet back up with the mission party and we'll complete our task. But I am not leaving someone behind to get hurt or killed.
Reverse scenario time. YOU'RE the unlucky captive. What would you want/expect your teammates to do in that situation? Guys, do what has to be done. I can get myself out of this... if I'm not back after the task has been seen to, come find me.

Time has passed.
Would you feel that your team was more trouble than it was worth in the long run or that the experience was worth it? The experience had to be worth it, good or bad. I had to have learned something, right?
Would the thought of working separately from them on a mission make you feel a bit nervous? If it was a super-dangerous "oh my God we could die at any second" mission, yeah. But if there's moderate to no danger, then no.
How would you feel about a lengthier, perhaps even permanent, dissolution of your team? If we're friends, I'm sure we'll keep in touch and continue to be friends. I wouldn't want to force us to remain together when it's clear it's not working anymore.

Is there a particular team in the Naruto-verse that you feel you'd get along with the least? If so...which team would it be and why? Anyone whose objective is to kill or destroy. I would never stay with a team that did that.
