I can definitely see where the Iron Sand votes are coming from, but the combination of your "Pick A Few" selections and your answers to the Questions section in general reminded me more of Katon {Fire}. I have a hard time picturing the characters that specialize in the Katon element wanting to specialize in medical jutsu either! :)
