Just a heads up - I updated the application. Mainly tweaked to match that at seventwin. I think it's more detailed now and we've been using the same application for years now, about time for a change, right?
Also, I changed the voting requirements. Instead of having to vote more when you do a re-stamp, everyone just has to vote 3 times every time they apply for a theme/re-stamp or whatever.
Feel free to try out the new apps if you want to try for a re-stamp, btw. :]
