I'm thinking Shikamaru mostly because of your answers to "You’d Prefer a Partner Who is More...". I think shikamaru is mature, pessimistic (with realistics insights)isn´t too impulsive or too loud

You know, I don't really see Shikamaru since you want someone who has some immaturity and silliness, but Shikamaru is more serious and his type of humor seems to be more sarcasm than silliness.

That being said, I see Iruka, with a little bit of Yamato and Asuma.
