Hmm.. I'm voting Hidden Rain because Pain seems to fit what you like in a leader(I could be bias though XP) and the way you answer the questions seems like someone who would come from there. And also because you like storms and a large city.

I have to agree with the Hidden Rain votes! Pain seems like the type of leader you would want for your village and the adjectives you used to describe yourself remind me of the characters we've seen from that village so far. :)
