At first I was going to say Kakashi then I thought Shikamaru but I don't think he's silly in any type of situation or would say his color is pink lol. Those qualities seem more like Sakura to me but she is by no means lazy. So I'll have to go with a double vote and say Shikamaru and Sakura.
