I could actually picture you maybe being a Kage at some point, although for the most part your application had me thinking more of a Jounin. You're capable and can both lead and follow when necessary, and while you wouldn't be opposed to the idea of becoming "elite" at some point it's not a goal you're necessarily aiming towards. Your determination would also be a good trait for a Jounin to have. :)

Chuunin
Some parts made me think of Genin, like the crying. But you mentioned being able to lead, and seemed generally slightly more then Genin.

I would also say Chuunin. You sort of give off a Shikamaru vibe once he is a chuunin XD Like mentioned in a above comment, whilst it does seem like you could be a Jounin you don't sound to borthered wither way.Yet you are still relatively optimistic about your job and passionate.

Tokubetsu Jonin some parts make me think chuunin and others jonin, so lets choose the middle ;)
