When working with others, you tend to be more...
Mature or Immature?: Definitely mature when working with others at crunch time. I do make quite immature quips and jokes now and then but I'm very protective of work that needs to be done and, due to being effed over by others in the past where work was concerned, I prefer being mature. But when things aren't pressured, I'm generally happy and bouncy and making jokes.
Leader or Follower?: I like to be a leader. That way I can oversee everything and make sure nothing gets messed up by people who generally fail at life. But, when I'm really tired or stressed and all "do not want", I like to be a follower.
Optimistic or Pessimistic?: Optimistic. Just... definitely. You tend to get better results when you're optimistic.
Impulsive or Cautious: Cautious. Mainly because I DON'T WANT PEOPLE RUINING WORK OR PLANS. RRRRRGH.
Outgoing or Shy: I'm shy with new team-mates, but only because I'm quietly working out what kind of worker they are. But when I'm with people I know, I'm outgoing. :3

Scenario Time: Okay, so everyone has met their teammates by now. The following questions will go along with that idea.

What kind of impression would you most like to have of your team even before you start working together? I'd like them to be very reliable, but not so much that they don't have a sense of humour.
What role could you see yourself performing in the team (i.e.: strategist, offensive fighter, support, etc.)? I'd say offensive fighter and support. Someone who can fight their ass off, but when support is needed will gladly give some. I'd love to be able to just woop some ass. >.>;
Would it be necessary for you and your teammates to get along at all times? Even when you're not on missions? Yes. Jibes and jokes and poking fun at each other are all good as long as they're not intended to be vicious or downright... nasty.

Suppose one of your teammates ends up getting captured during a really important mission. There is a debate on whether or not a rescue attempt should be made since it might jeopardize said mission. What would you want to do? Yes, I would attempt a rescue. It might jeopardise said mission but it might also aid it, it's 50/50 really.
Reverse scenario time. YOU'RE the unlucky captive. What would you want/expect your teammates to do in that situation? Hm. I'd honestly want them to complete the mission before attempting to rescue me... but if I was, like, being tortured n' shit... then maybe I'd want them to get me the hell out of there first. >.>;

Time has passed.
Would you feel that your team was more trouble than it was worth in the long run or that the experience was worth it? Every experience in life is worth it. Interpret that as you wish. :]
Would the thought of working separately from them on a mission make you feel a bit nervous? It would indeed. If I was taken away from them for a mission, away from the comfort of my team-mates... where I knew exactly how they could contribute to a mission... and stuck with others that I don't know or I'm not sure of their capabilities... then yer, I'd be nervous.
How would you feel about a lengthier, perhaps even permanent, dissolution of your team? OMG. D: <--- I'd feel like that. But at the same time, I'd be nervous and kinda excited, if not a lil' bit intimidated, at the thought of new team-mates.

Is there a particular team in the Naruto-verse that you feel you'd get along with the least? If so...which team would it be and why? Team Snake and the Sound Genin Team... because, well, they're nasty pasties. :[ Also, Team Ebisu... they're far too immature for my liking. DO NOT WANT.

Anything else?: STAR WARS, FTW!
