When working with others, you tend to be more...
Mature or Immature?: Mature
Leader or Follower?: Follower
Optimistic or Pessimistic?: Optimistic all the way
Impulsive or Cautious: Cautious
Outgoing or Shy: Shy

Scenario Time: Okay, so everyone has met their teammates by now. The following questions will go along with that idea.

What kind of impression would you most like to have of your team even before you start working together?
Well, I'd expect us to all get along and have some things in common so missions can go well and we can even have fun together. I'd also like for everyone to have their own talents or strong points so things can balance out, and I also have someone to learn things from.

What role could you see yourself performing in the team (i.e.: strategist, offensive fighter, support, etc.)?
I know I definitely won't be the offensive fighter, but I'd be perfectly willing to provide backup support and help make strategies before jumping in.
Would it be necessary for you and your teammates to get along at all times? Even when you're not on missions?
On missions definitely. So many things can go wrong and make an unpleasant time just from stupid disagreements. Outside of missions, I'd want to still get along, but I'm not expecting to be best friends of any kind. I know I'm certainly not buddy-buddy with some of my coworkers outside of work.

Suppose one of your teammates ends up getting captured during a really important mission. There is a debate on whether or not a rescue attempt should be made since it might jeopardize said mission. What would you want to do?
Oh I'd go for rescuing my teammate. There's no way I could let a friend die like that. I'd rather suffer punishment for failing a mission than guilt of letting a friend die.
Reverse scenario time. YOU'RE the unlucky captive. What would you want/expect your teammates to do in that situation? Get me outta here!! I seriously hope they'd attempt a rescue... as long as rescuing me didn't put their life in any serious danger.

Time has passed.
Would you feel that your team was more trouble than it was worth in the long run or that the experience was worth it?
The experience was worth it - you've made some good friends, gained lots of experience and trust, and have great memories to share ^^
Would the thought of working separately from them on a mission make you feel a bit nervous?
A bit because I don't have my usual support, but at the same time I can prove my ability on my own.
How would you feel about a lengthier, perhaps even permanent, dissolution of your team?
A bit sad that it's time to say good-bye, but if it's for the better then sure. It's not like I'd never see them again.

Is there a particular team in the Naruto-verse that you feel you'd get along with the least? If so...which team would it be and why? Team Kurenai just for quirks about each character - Hinata's over shyness would eventually tick me off, Shino's just uh... weird, and Kiba, though I'd probably end up liking him, is a little too impulsive for me. I don't hate any of these characters - I'm just putting how I think I'd like them in real life.
Another I can say is Team Ebisu, just because I don't like kids XD

Anything else?:
Nope, I'm good :3
Thank you everyone!
