If this is a re-application, why do you feel you are not the character you were stamped as last time? Also, please list the links where you voted here. The last time I was stamped was about/at least two years ago, so I'd like to see if I've changed somewhat. I'd rather not say who it was, in case that may sway the votes. Likes: Anime, manga, collecting, video games, slash, crossovers, reading, writing, drawing, role-playing, close friends/very few people, time spent alone, the Internet, autumn, water, fire, tea, chocolate, sunsets & sunrises, IC-ness and sadism.
Dislikes: Ignorance, homophobics, idiots, prejudice, crowds (particularly drunken ones), summer, heat, socks & shoes, crippling emotional attachments.
Favorite quote/lyric/saying & why: "That is merely logic. People are not moved by logic." -- Yggdrasill (Tales of Symphonia). It's true, isn't it? When you're upset, it doesn't matter how well you know things are going to get better in the end -- in that moment, you're still upset. Emotions run totally independant of the mind, too often.
What do you feel is your best quality?: I've really no idea. I'd usually say loyalty or independance, but both of those are undergoing testing at the moment.
Your worst?: ... all these are slowly being redefined. I would normally say emotional maladjustment, but to choose something that really is applying at the moment... procrastination. Especially to the point that I become self-defeating.
Mature or Immature?: For the most part, mature. I can be immature emotionally, but generally tend to act older than most people my age and concern myself more with the bigger picture than the rest of them.
Leader or Follower?: A second-in-command; I'm a Libra and can't make the big decisions, but if someone tells me what needs to be done, I'll rally the troops.
Optimistic or Pessimistic?: Quite a lot pessimistic.
Impulsive or Cautious: I like impulsive actions, but I generally mind the rules and err on the side of caution. Very self-restricted.
Outgoing or Shy: Falsely outgoing; I can be bright and chatty and say anything, but that doesn't mean you're really getting to know me.
What color would you say you are and why?: Turquoise, and not only because it's a favourite -- I'd say it because I don't tend to stay one shade (mood) for very long, and I'm usually not just one, either.
Do you play any instruments? Yes~
If you do, which one(s)? If not, which would you play? The flute, but I managed three months on the trumpet and five on the alto saxophone. I've also played the piano, the recorder and the French horn in the past.
Number one goal in life: It used to be to succeed; that was dragging me down, so now it's simply to obtain happiness. How that will be achieved remains to be seen (and success will likely play a large part in it).
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?: I am changing myself, and it doesn't need to happen instantly. What changes doesn't matter.
If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be?: I refuse to change the world. If it were more accepting, I'd love that, but I will not change it. It's not my place.
If you could become any character from the series for one day - 24 hours - who would it be?: Sasuke, simply for the opportunity to understand him better.
If you were given the chance to permanently become part of the Naruto-verse (as "yourself"), would you take it?: No. Never.

Anything else?: Don't go back to who you used to be, after you obtain the knowledge that helped you move forward. It doesn't work anymore, when you know better. It's only a crutch.
