I'm going to be really random possibly and say Shizune. I see her actually liking her work and I think she'd really like that quote as well. Shizune strikes me as someone who is extrememly loyal to those who she thinks deserves it (like Tsunade), but she doesn't seem like a character who would be blindly loyal to just anyone...in the same way, I think she's much more willing than Tsunade to give people credit when that might not be the best thing for her to do. I think the rest of your application, especially your answers to the "either/or" questions fit for Shizune as well! :)
