[ mod ] review of rules
Hi there, since its a new year I'm going to quickly review some changes that we had to the rules. :)
1) Please remember to link to 5 applications instead of 3 for all themes, old and new. I did not get the chance to edit all applications to 5 applications, so please remember to edit that yourself. :)
2) You will be stamped people after they receive the FIRST 4 same votes including ties. You will be stamp you as the first subject to get 4 votes even if there is a tie.
3) If you disagree with a stamp, get a re-stamp when re-stamping opens (excluding regular re-stamps)
4) Re-stamping is opened on the 15th of every month. Re-stamping closes until the next theme is posted.
5) Absolutely no cheating in any ways with voting.
6) Do not bandwagon votes.
And all rules from our profile applies as well.
