[As always, Splinter wakes up early. The smells and sights are still strange, but Splinter has reoriented himself. Through the course of the morning, he sees each of his sons in turn to train and access their progress

[After a certain call from Raphael, Fujiko warily ventures over. Best to bite the bullet on this one, and jeez, it's not like she can't be an adult. She's just bad it.]
'Allo? [Knocks nervously on the door. Oh god, what is she doing even?]
[Splinter hears her approach before the door opens and looks up from the couch. He had been reading a book as his son fidgeted, occasionally telling Raphael to sit up straight or stop fidgeting. It's probably a relief for the both of them when she finally arrives.]
[She's neverous, but she's determined to do this anyway and not chicken out. So she will act as brave as she can until it stops working.] Everyone ready? [A small nervous chuckle and grin for Raph.]
[Oh, he is charmed. He bows back politely as well, then blinks at the handshake before accepting it and shaking it. It's not overpowering, but firm, and only exerts as little force as necessary to be so.]
I hope that my son has been treating you well?
[This seems to be going far better than his first meeting with Robert.]
Extremely so. He's much more protective than what I'm used to, but it's quite a relief in a place like this. May I presume that it's probably a great deal of your influence over him?
In which case, I really must thank you.
[Sadly Fujiko is a lot more at ease, because humans make her more nervous, but wolves and tigers (or Nessie) put her at ease. No one said she didn't have issues.]
Raphael has always been the protector of the family. [And Splinter shifts, looking a bit embarrassed at the flattery. He's not completely versed in Japanese culture, so he doesn't know to completely deny the compliments.]
A-Aah, perhaps some of it is from me, but Raphael is his own turtle. Much of it is purely from himself.
[Mike wanders in from the kitchen, a tray of drinks in one hand and a towel draped over the other. He speaks in a condescending, French-waiter-y sort of voice. If he had hair, it'd be slicked back.]

[He'll escort her over toward Splinter. They'll probably wind up talking in the dojo, but he can at least do the introductions here.]
Sensei, this's Fujiko. Fujiko, my sensei, Master Splinter.

It is a pleasure to meet you, Miss Fujiko. My son has spoken highly of you....

Konnichiwa, sensei. I'm quite relieved, he speaks very highly of you as well. [And because she's highly Westernized, she offers a handshake too.]

So uh. You wanna go somewhere and talk, Sensei?
[Somewhere not in the middle of the livingroom where his brothers are probably spying on him.]

Some refreshments, perhaps, for the lovely lady?

Mikey.
[He doesn't care if you goof around. Just don't be dumb about it.]
