Okay, so I already spazzed all over you about this, but FOR REAL THE BUDDY COP SNIPPET IS THE GREATEST THING EVER EVER EVER. ONE DAY YOU SHALL WRITE THIS, YES. IT IS MY NEW MISSION IN LIFE TO SEE IT HAPPEN. AND SINCE I'M WRITING IT OUT HERE, I'LL REMEMBER EVEN AFTER THE VODKA HAS LEFT MY SYSTEM.

The buddy cop snippet is FULL OF MADNESS. Jim and Spock are the departmental crazies and Pike's the Chief of Police, you already know what's Scotty's doing, and Chekov runs around alternating between being a scary boy-genius who's determined to get into Quantico at seventeen and sighing at a mysterious figure named Sulu who everyone knows has shady connections everywhere and knows far too much about local crime, but no one can prove anything! IT'S INSANE. Kirk has some unexplained connection to Sulu too.
