A few months ago, I decided to start putting 'stars' on the entries. So, I'm using asterisks. 1-5, 5 being the best.
And, yes, JD = Jack Daniels. I know it's a bourbon, but it's my 'I have no idea what you have, and it doesn't look appealing' drink when I'm traveling or want to drink cheap... So, if it isn't better than that, eh!
**Abelour 10 year - Interesting, chocolate cherry scent, earthy taste
*** Ardbeg 10 (?) - nice, smoky, light
****Balvenie double wood 12 - woodsy, cedar, smooth sweetish
Bowmore 17 - good!!
*** Bowmore Cask Strength -- Nice! Peat-y. Smokey.
**** Bowmore Legend -- Nice! Smokey. Strong scent. Smooth
*** bushmills - dry, smooth
****Caol Ila 12 year - smoky++, top 3.
Cardhu - not bad, kinda sweet
*Chivas Regal 10 - ehh, sweet, buttery, not worth it
** Cragamore (Craigamore ?) 12 yr - crisp, chocolatly, light, slightly
grassy.
Dalmore 12 - not bad, highland
**Dalmore Cigar Malt - Smells like tequila, has a slightly port-y taste.
Not all that great. + Chocolate, pretty darn good... Makes *awesome*

Dalwhinnie 15 - inland, good!
* Dewars White Label -- Ehhh... almost rotgut, no complexity
****Finlaggan Old Reserve - Isly, "peat smoke and seaweed" (Ith)... smoky
yet crisp
Glen Ord - Grassy, no. Icky!

slightly sweet aftertaste. Nice non-smoky taste
Glenfiddich special reserve 12 year - ehh, okay in rusty nails. Try again
for better notes
**Glengoyne 12 year not really any taste, slight caramel aftertaste
Glenlivet 12 year- kinda like JD, light-ish, crisp, slightly sour
aftertaste, spey
*** glenlivet 18 yr - pretty good, bit above JD, crisp, dry-ish
Glenmorangie 12 sherry cask - really good!
Glenmorangie 18 - not bad almost too smoky - try again
***Glenkinchie 10 yr - smooth with strigent aftertaste
**Glenrothes 1987 - Tangy, a bit tart... Not bad, middle of the road.
**Glenrothes 1991 - Sweet, airy… Eh... Maybe a little two sweet.
**Glenrothes Select Reserve - Slightly smoky, light. Not bad, not great.
***Highland Park - Orkney, good, above Talisker, Top 5, Not as good as
Scapa, but close
***Isle of Jura Superstition - very nice. slightly smoky
**J&B - Step above Jack. Sweet aftertaste
**Johnnie Walker Black - Not bad, JD ish
****Johnnie Walker Blue - *Very* smooth, nice! Light smoke, Top 5

***Macallan 25 - sweet, slighty tangy, sudtle maple, spey
***Oban 14 yr - floral, woodsy, touch of caramel

***Pride of Orkney, 12 year - light smoke, Crisp, not bad, slightly

****Scapa, 14 year - Mellow, light, a lot like Scapa 12 year

***Singleton 12 year - sweet yet tart after, light, woody and honey scent
