Foil is Not My Friend!
I discovered something tonight.
The foil seal on medication bottles? It can act as a knife.
I open probably about 100 or so prescription stock bottles a day at work. I've gotten to the point where it takes me a few seconds to unscrew the cap (usually a child safety cap), punch a hole in the foil seal with my counting spatula or pen, and swirl my finger inside to get the foil to crush it around the edges.
Tonight, the foil fought back.
I have a cut on my finger that looks like I slipped on a knife or scissors. It's not deep or anything, but I bled, and it hurts, and owwie!
[pout] Stupid foil.
Now for something completely different!
I'm up to 50 icons on my livejournal account. [beam] My newest one, the one on this post, is #50. It's a character from Final Fantasy XII. I'm proud of the chain. I made that from scratch using a picture tube in Paint Ship Pro X.
I think I'm starting to lean towards wordless icons, just because I can never get the text to look right. I had an idea for another icon from HL:The Source, but the wording just wouldn't look right. So, I saved the 'base' of the icon, and maybe I'll get back to it later.
