You know that it's going to be a slow day at work when you show up and find the pharmacy manager on her hands and knees cleaning under the bottom edge of the cabinets.
No joke.
That was what Friday was like. The first non-busy weekend of the year. Of course, except for Christmas weekend, it's going to be the only non-busy weekend of the year.
I spend hours doing the backed up 'miscellaneous' filing (those prescriptions that needed to be filed after the fact). And, it still wasn't done when I left. Hopefully, it'll be done by tomorrow. Since, if it isn't I'll have to come in for a few hours one weekend and do it. Which won't be for two weeks. I'm taking a three day weekend for my birthday.
