Day 17 - Favorite mini series
I have many favorite miniseries. BBC's Pride & Prejudice, Band of Brothers...
But, I've decided that my favorite is John Adams.
It's the story of the life of John Adams, starting with the Boston Massacre and going until the day he dies.
It's wonderfully acted, has beautiful sets, and a great script.
It's based on the novel of the same name by David McCullough. Who based his novel on papers from that time period, including copious letters between John Adams, Abigail Adams, and Thomas Jefferson.
It's a July 4th tradition for Ithildyn and I to watch the miniseries. This'll be the third year we've done this.
