Standing tall

I have been going to my chiropractor 2-3 times a week now and it's helping a lot.  I'm also getting muscle work done for my right shoulder that has been stiff for three years now.  It's costing me a ton of money (my health insurance basically doesn't cover chiro), but I can't really put a price on being pain-free, so I should manage.

I have a couple of ideas for what to play next on Tardokun, but I think I'm gonna re-record the other stuff first just using the external mic on my camcorder.

This past weekend was great, I got to hang out with Nur and ACE on saturday as well as see the premier for 20th Century Boys (it was AMAZING).  Sunday was cool because I got to see the typical Nur and ACE sunday extravaganza.  It was just fun putting around town and running errands with them, I haven't gotten to do that in a couple of years.  We even had a Costco lunch and overpriced Bali's for dessert!

=D

I called up Cindy and spent the rest of sunday with her in SF.  I ended up showing up rather late so lots of stuff was already closed, BUT, we met this interesting lady from New York who was taking her daughter across the country to check out colleges.  We chatted with her for a while and I told her to never go to LA since there's nothing worthwhile and she'd get shot (well, not really, but I told her it sucks there and there are billions of better schools in better cities).  She was super nice and conversational, not at all like the stereotypical New Yorker.  I got to see some of the iconic SF hills and buildings while driving Cindy home, it was really fascinating to me since I have never really driven through SF.

I managed to get back in one piece despite taking a few unplanned...detours on the way back.  Great weekend, but I was BEAT.

And me being the masochist that I am, I haven't caught up on any sleep at all...in fact I think I've been averaging about 4-5 hours this whole week...god...I'm turning into my dad...

*turns off light*  GOOD NIGHT!
