I've been thinking about how to continue Team Castle. I've had a handful of key scenes floating around in my head for the last few days. Just not sure about how everything fits together. By the end of chapter 4, Rick's figured out exactly what's going on, and he's got a plan. I see Kate having a bigger emotional arc to get through; I think she's got a lot of issues to work through before she can be in a public relationship with him. She's in a lot of denial about how she feels, obviously. But I don't want to just throw them together. It has to feel organic.
I also have a one-shot demanding I write it now. Trouble is, I don't know if it's part of Team Castle or not. It could fit. Not sure if it does. And I want to focus on Team Castle.
Anyway, I'm on vacation for a week. Hoping to get some inspiration, maybe do some writing. We shall see.
