Walking down the hallways, the soft sound of a piano chort grabs her attention as she passes the music room. Not expecting anyone to be in there, especially seeing as none of the students seemed to care for music bar one, she stops, talking a ew steps back and peeking through the open door.
....And she has no idea who the man is, as she silently watches him.

His eye fell to the keys as his hands eased into place, beginning to play a rather lovely classical piece, Rondo Alla Turca. The song was happy and bouncy, but flowing all at the same time. He almost seemed off in his own world as he played, his gaze fixated on the keys.

...Until she realises that she has been staring for a good minute or so, and it is way past that point in where finally speaking up is going to seem awkward. Letting out a small cough to grab the man's attention, she speaks up.
"Ah.. hello..? Are you new here?"

"Yes I am. I was hired as the new Literature instructor." He teased the keys gently rounding the song off easily to a smooth finish. He turned around on the bench to face her, a smile on his face.
"Hatake Kakashi...at your service miss."

Stepping further into the room, she offers him a small smile. "Pleased to meet you. My name is Konan, I run the library here.."

Kakashi picks up his coat and lays it over his arm, his posture an odd mixture of comfortable and tense. "I didn't know anyone else was here.."

"Ah.. I had some paperwork to do, and I usually have the library open after classes in case any of the students need help with their homework or anything. Most of the other staff have left though, I think." A lot of them are more eager to get out of the building than the students are, but she won't mention that. Kakashi will see it for himself, soon enough..

"Any particular favorites of yours Konan-san?" He tilted his head a bit as his hands slipped, tucking into the pockets of his dress pants.

"I enjoy mystery novels.. but I must confess that that I am a bit of a sucker for the romantic novels..." She may have grown up into a strong, independent women but she will never be free from the idea that some dashing Austen gentlemen will come and sweep her off her feet.
"And what about you? Do you have any particular favourites?"

"Hm, I'm a fan of the classics myself, though I don't mind a good romance as long as it's well written." Frank as always, Kakashi didn't see any problem with a man liking romance, after all.

"Do you enjoy music as well at books Konan-san?" Since they were busily talking about interests, he may as well bring up his other love.

Her favourite kind of music in fact, and if Kakashi ever gets around to visiting the library he will find that there is always a piece of Mozart, Chopin or some other composer playing in the background.
