Since my 2nd year at York University, I have kept a consistent record of my marks on Excel to be organized as well as to motivate myself to get good grades. Upon examining my marks, I noticed that I am guaranteed to be in the Dean's Honour Roll upon graduation as long as I obtain more than B+ (7.0 GPA) in the rest of my honours bachelor of arts career. I praise the Lord Jesus for this. However, I want a Cum Laude academic distinction listed below! Only time will tell if I will get that academic distinction. I know that I am far away from Summa Cum Laude. As long as I do my best, 110% best effort, I will be satisfied of what I achieve even if I do not get the Cum Laude distinction. What matters is that I do not live life without any regrets. The key to this is to give everything my 110% best, so that if I fail on a desired objective, I will have no regrets of "what if". Given the fact that I am guaranteed in the Dean's Honour Roll already, for which I thank the Lord Jesus, I aspire in exerting the best of my effort to obtain a Cum Laude distinction! I hope I can get it!
As always, I am left to do my best and leave the rest up to God.
