Ultimate Blind Trust
God, grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
the courage to change the things I can;
and the wisdom to know the difference.
Lord, there are things going on in life well beyond my control. The best I can do is trust you Lord. Trust that you are omniscient and almighty powerful, in which your understanding supersedes my human understanding. I pray and hope that you work mysteriously for the best of it all. I just have to learn to bear the faith to trust you, Lord, unconditionally, and to praise your name with thanksgiving when things are going well since blessings can disappear in the future.
So, here I am Lord. With the commotion occurring beyond one’s control, I will have “blind trust” with you. Blind trust- to trust you even when I do not know the path ahead of me or the experiences/events that is currently occurring or that occurred; to trust you that everything will be fine with you Lord even when I am most uncertain of the life I am living.
