Hello Moto.

So I ended up buying a phone. Got me a Motorola V3i RAZR, I think it was called. too lazy to check the box. It's groovy. It cost me around HK$2180, that's after trading in my crappy Siemens MC60 for HK$200. They also threw in an extra battery, battery charger pod, 512mb memory card for the phone and some screen/keypad protectors. Oh, and a mugset...somewhat random, I thought. Not a bad price for all those freebies too, I thought.

I only managed to make it to the 2nd floor this time before it was time for me to head off D= This was partly due to the fact it took a while to get my phone, and that I had to wait for my mum and sister to get their haircuts before leaving.

I spent a lot of time stuck in tiny little shops filled wall-to-wall with soooooo much anime merchandise. So many things that I would never ever find easily in the UK, even at a convention. One shop had a basketball shirt with the 10th Division (from Bleach) uniform pattern on it. I meant to buy a Mai-Hime/Otome artbook but I forgot ._. Shall have to go back for it tomorrow. I ended up buying a small XXXholic poster of Yuuko, and some Prince of Tennis thing for Laura-B. There's so much Fate/Stay Night stuff. And XXXholic stuff.... and Deathnote stuff. And Rozen Maiden stuff. And Mai-Hime and Mai-Otome stuff! I even found some Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni merchandise. I was just constantly going "OMG~ Stuff~" A lot of the shops are so tiny - you could only fit maybe 2 or 3 people in there at any one time, without inadvertantly committing some kind of sexual harassment anyway. It's surprising how they managed to completely fill every available space with stuff.

I watched gundam Seed Destiny on the TV at the cafe while I ate lunch today. It was on the 2nd episode. I was also watching the first episode of Samurai 7 on TV here a moment ago, which started at midnight, until it was decided that the fucking football was more interesting. Actually, they're not even watching football now. they're on some kind of shitty K-drama >_> Anyway. Cantonese dubs never seem to disappoint me so much. Even if there only appear to e a handful of employed Cantonese VAs. So you often hear the same voice in almost every series that gets dubbed here XD

Yay. I have Samurai 7 on TV again =D

I hate how mum always says how she finds anime boring. Or that it's not very good. Fair enough, I know she doesn't like it. But I do. And it's annoying having someone constantly talking over the show you're trying to enjoy, saying how they don't like it. I'm watching it. If she doesn't want to watch it, she can go do something else.

I don't think there's anything special planned for tomorrow... so I'm gonna go back to Mong Kok and see if I can get through any more floors XDDD

anime stuff, new phone
