Wow! I was playing with my PS and i have something like this!

turn something bluish like this:

first with this pict


1. okay the first thing i do with my pict is sharpen it (filter - sharpen - sharpen), but it depends on you :P

2. Add a Selective Coloring layer (layer - new adjustment layer - selective color). And i add this coloring:
Red;
C: -100
M: 0
Y: +100
B: 0

Yellows;
C:-100
M:-100
Y:+100
B:0

Cyan;
C:+100
M:+100
Y:-100
B:0

Whites;
C:-100
M:0
Y:+100
B:0

Neutrals:
C:-25
M:-20
Y:0
B:0

you will have something like this


2. Add a new Selective Coloring
Reds;
C:-100
M:-10
Y:+100
B:0

Yellows:
C:-100
M:0
Y:+100
B:0

Whites:
C:0
M:-60
Y:+100
B:-40

And you will have something like this


3. Add a Hue/Saturation layer (layer - new adjustment layer - Hue/Saturation)
Saturation:+10

and VOILA! you got this!
