I submitted the proposals to thge Syracuse Cultural Resources Council for they are devine, or close enough. The Everson Museum was really pathetic, they have a really bad collection, but I think I only saw half, since the sunlight was being renovated, Ill let you know, It couldent have acctually only been thoes salons, I mean they were really bad; the museum that closed down in Niagra Falls( on the US side) with all these dusty glass shilvy things when I was a kid was alot better, and it was the worst of the worst for culture.
The Cultural Resources Council is rad however btut, they are located between the symphony and the court house on Coliumbuse circle and they give out money! Sort of if this proposal and or poster designs are chosen!@
