Ingredients for Fine Living
I went to Costco Waipio this morning with my mom. Now, you're probably thinking, what's so great about going to Costco? Well, I now have in my apartment some of the essentials of finer living: lemons (lots of lemons!), butter (it would have been terrible had I run out of butter), bay leaves, ham and hot sausage (for red beans and rice this weekend 'cause it is John's birthday and he wanted that kind of food), and fresh figs! Oh, the deliciousness of it all! I need a bit of prosciutto to go with my figs (I already have parmesan) and a bit of white wine, I think. Yum . . .
